Advertising Platform Data
As a paid media agency, we access client advertising accounts on their behalf. This data is used solely to manage and optimize campaigns, is not retained beyond the engagement, and is subject to the relevant platform's own privacy policies.
3. How We Use Your Information
- Deliver, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns on behalf of clients.
- Communicate with you about your account, project status, and service updates.
- Process payments and maintain financial records.
- Comply with legal and regulatory obligations.
- Analyze website usage to improve our online presence.

- Secure storage: Client and contact data is stored in password-protected, access-controlled systems.
- Minimal retention: We do not retain client platform credentials after an engagement ends.
- Third-party security: We only work with service providers who are contractually bound to protect your data.
No method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security. We encourage clients to use strong passwords and revoke platform access when an engagement concludes.
